Warranty Policy – 12 Months Limited Warranty

This product is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, in line with standard market practice in Singapore.

Coverage:

• Covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service.

• Warranty service includes repair or replacement of defective parts, at our discretion.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, overloading, unauthorised modifications, or improper maintenance.

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., tyres, brake pads, seat covers, light bulbs, paintwork).

• Damage from accidents, impact, water ingress, or operation in unsafe conditions.

• Battery degradation due to age or usage beyond its expected life cycle.

• Use of non-original spare parts or unauthorised repairs.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Proof of purchase must be provided for warranty claims.

• Product must be returned to our authorised service centre for inspection.

• Transportation costs to and from the service centre are borne by the customer.

Limitations:

• Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

• Our liability is limited to repair or replacement; no refund, compensation, or consequential damages will be provided.

Shipping Policy — Singapore

1. Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM SGT, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted couriers offering the following delivery options:

• Standard (Economy)

  • Delivery in 3–5 business days.

  • Rates depend on weight/dimensions; offer free standard shipping for orders above a certain amount.

• Express (Speedpost Standard)

  • Fast delivery within 1 working day to most Singapore addresses Singapore Post+1.

  • Supports tracked, doorstep delivery for parcels up to 30 kg and within size limits (max length 1.5 m; L + 2W + 2H ≤ 3 m) Singapore Post+1.

3. Shipping Fees

• Standard rates range by weight tier (e.g., SGD 7–19 for parcels up to 5 kg) with 5–7 business days delivery Cheekaaboo.

• Express rates generally range from SGD 10–12, often with free shipping above specified order values — common in Singapore e-commerce ANTA SingaporeModernHome SG.

4. Tracking & Delivery

• All express shipments include online tracking and up to 2–3 delivery attempts. Failed deliveries may result in return to sender Singapore Post+1.

• Customers will receive tracking information via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or other restricted zones within Singapore ANTA Singapore.

6. Returns & Undeliverable Orders

• If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details, the customer will bear re-shipping costs.

• For undeliverable parcels returned due to refusal, we may deduct actual shipping costs before issuing a refund.

7. Shipping Insurance & Liability

• Express deliveries include standard liability coverage up to SGD 150 per shipment or the declared value, whichever is lower Singapore Post+1.

• Customers can opt for additional insurance for high-value items at checkout.
